2024 Masters CrossFit Games by Legends – Day 3 Leaderboards, Schedule, Workout Descriptions, and How to Watch

All Masters divisions will be live-streamed, August 29-September 1 on the Legends Championship YouTube channel, the CrossFit Games website, and in the CrossFit Games app

  • Event 3 – 9:00 a.m.-12:15 p.m.

  • Event 4 – 2:00-4:43 p.m.

Event 3

For load:

Olympic Total*

  • 1-rep max snatch

  • 1-rep max clean and jerk

* – Athletes will have 2 attempts at each lift

Event 4

16-minute AMRAP:

  • 35 double unders

  • 30 wall balls, 20/14 pounds for 14-15, 30/20 pounds for 16-17

  • 25 toes-to-bar

  • 20 alt. single leg squats

  • 15 bar muscle-ups

  • Dumbbell overhead walking lunge*, 35/25 pounds for 14-15, 50/35 pounds for 16-17

* – Increasing distance each round

Event 5

Elimination sprint:

Round 1 — All competitors

  • Sled down and back x3

  • 40-foot handstand walk

Round 2 — Top 15 competitors in each division

  • Sled down and back x2
