Inside WFP Tour Event I: Podium Picks, Fantasy Draft, and Who to Watch in Indy
Fan expectations are high as we head into the first day of the inaugural World Fitness Project Tour Event I in Indianapolis, IN. The star-studded field of Pros and Challengers will take on two events as they embark on a season-long quest to earn points toward securing a guaranteed contract for 2026.
To mark this new pro tour, eight writers and staff from Morning Chalk Up came together for a game within the game. What better way to add an extra layer of competition and trash talk than with a fantasy draft? After our podium picks and preview, check out how the draft played out below.
Who to Watch in Indy
Women
The favorite – Laura Horvath
In an unexpected turn, Horvath took second place at TYR Wodapalooza in January, missing out on the win by just one point to Lucy Campbell. Nevertheless, given her overall resume, she remains the clear favorite.

Forget the Scale – Here are 3 Better Ways to Track Your Nutrition Wins
When it comes to nutrition, progress is often measured by one thing: the number on the scale. However, this single data point rarely tells the full story, especially for athletes or anyone training consistently.
Real progress in nutrition manifests in many other ways: improved energy levels, better workout performance, consistent digestion, fewer cravings, and the ability to fuel your body without stress or second-guessing.
In this article, we’ll explore other meaningful indicators of nutritional progress and how to assess them accurately.
Because when you know what to look for and how to measure it, you’ll stay more motivated, make smarter adjustments, and build habits that genuinely support your long-term goals.

Justin Medeiros Inks Deal with GYMREAPERS
Over the past few weeks, fans of two-time CrossFit Games champion Justin Medeiros have noticed that he’s sporting new threads.
Now it's official: the Boise-based champ has signed on as the newest GYMREAPERS athlete.
Remind me: GYMREAPERS has been expanding its footprint in the CrossFit ecosystem. Just weeks ago, it shared details about its partnership with 2025 Mayhem Classic winner Austin Hatfield.
For Medeiros, this partnership marks a new chapter, one he’s eager to write.
“Partnering with a new company is a big decision. My actions will be a reflection on them, and their actions will be a reflection on me. The companies I have the opportunity to work with, I view as part of my team. We work together in supporting each other in order to reach our goals,” Medeiros tells Morning Chalk Up.
