The Race for a 2026 Pro Card – World Fitness Project Tour Season Leaderboard, Cut Line, and Finals Scenarios

The World Fitness Project (WFP) Tour Stop II wrapped last weekend in Mesa, AZ, where 48 men and 50 women battled for podium spots, but more importantly, for season points.

  • Every point matters – only the top 20 athletes on the season leaderboard will earn a 2026 Pro Card.

Key Takeaways

  • James Sprague and Aimee Cringle lead their divisions thanks to consistent podium finishes.

  • Several veteran Pro Card athletes, including Jeff Adler, Travis Mayer, Jonne Koski, Emily Rolfe, Paige Semenza, Alex Gazan, and Björgvin Karl Guðmundsson, are below the cut line and risk losing Pro Card status for the 2026 season.

  • Ten Challenger athletes have broken into the top 20 and are in position to potentially displace more established vets.

  • With double points available at the World Fitness Finals (Copenhagen, Denmark, December 18-21), the season leaderboard could still shift dramatically.

Keep reading for a full list of the athletes who qualified to compete in the Finals in Copenhagen, and a complete season leaderboard.

Coaching Outside the Box: Applying Gym Principles to Real Life

Credit: @benbergeron / Instagram

You know the feeling – a friend asks for help to get healthier, and suddenly you're sharing everything you know about training, nutrition, sleep, and mindset. Five minutes later, their eyes glaze over, and you realize you've lost them completely.

  • Most of us who have been in the fitness world for years make the same mistake: we treat lifestyle change like cramming for a test instead of building strength.

But what if we applied the same principles we use in the gym – progressive overload and meeting people where they are — to helping others transform their lives?

In a recent episode of the Chasing Excellence podcast, we explored how to become better change agents by thinking like coaches, not walking encyclopedias.

Here are a few big takeaways.
