How to Watch the 2024 Rogue Invitational and Schedule of Events
The 2024 Rogue Invitational is heading to P&J Live in Aberdeen, Scotland, from November 8-10.
This is the second time the event has moved. It was originally held at Rogue Headquarters in Columbus, OH, and then switched to Dell Diamond in Round Rock, TX. Still, it’s the first time in the competition’s six-year existence that it will be held outside the United States.
The Rogue Invitational is the biggest CrossFit competition outside of the Games and offers the largest prize purse of the offseason.
How to Watch
The video feed for CrossFit, Strongman, and Strongwoman events will be streamed live on YouTube for free. There is also an Iron Game Premium option for an additional fee, which includes exclusive live feeds, chats, multiview, Q&A, VR control room, and more.

How Are 1st Phorm Legends Championship Masters Athletes Preparing?
The 1st Phorm Legends Championship, now the host of the Masters CrossFit Games, holds its pinnacle event of the year in December in Tempe, Arizona.
The competition features age group athletes aged 35-65+, segmented by five-year intervals (e.g., 35-39, 40-44, etc.), allowing for fair competition among similar age groups.
Athletes earned their spots in the live competition by completing the online qualifier back in September and finishing within their age group's allotted amount of spots, or they have been invited to the event from a podium finish at a different event.
The leaderboard is now finalized and we’ve reached out to four Masters athletes with varying levels of experience in the sport to see how they are preparing to take on the live event.
We sat down with:
Natalie Couch (45-49), fourth-place online qualifier, Crossfit Oconee.
Patrick Gallagher (50-54), fifth-place online qualifier, East Valley CrossFit.
Nicole Kirkendall (40-44), 15th-place online qualifier, CrossFit Gulf Shores.
Heather Gammel (40-44), second-place finish at Monster Games (Invitee).
Check out the online qualifier final standings here.

Scott and Christin Panchik Share Insights on Parenthood, Training, and Gym Ownership
Some couples might dread the thought of working with their spouse.
The opposite is true for Scott and Christin Panchik, who run their affiliate, CrossFit Mentality, and focus on training and raising two young children.
Remind me: Scott is a 10-time CrossFit Games veteran and a fixture in the sport as an athlete and mentor in the community. Christin was on a Regionals team in 2017 and has more recently competed in the Age Group Semifinals competition, finishing in 88th place out of 170 spots.
The couple’s first date was a CrossFit workout in 2013.
Christin had no clue what the sport was at the time and recalls it being a 10-to-1 workout involving toes-to-bar, overhead squats, and burpees. Scott had already been to the Games once already at that point.
“It was so hard. But I also loved it so much, and I remember being so sore the next day,” Christin told Morning Chalk Up in an interview. “I thought it was really cool that Scott was doing CrossFit. I still didn’t understand that there was a competition side to it; I just knew it was a gym and a really cool fitness program.”
From there, the two started dating and Christin found herself deep in the world of CrossFit.
