2024 Masters CrossFit Games by Legends – Day 4 Leaderboards, Schedule, Workout Descriptions, and How to Watch

All Masters divisions will be live-streamed, August 29-September 1 on the Legends Championship YouTube channel, the CrossFit Games website, and in the CrossFit Games app

Day 3 Schedule, Sunday, September 1 (all times local)

14-15 Division & 16-17 Division, Boys | Girls 

  • Event 6 – 7:00 a.m.—9:11 a.m.

  • Event 2 — 10:00 a.m.—11:47 a.m.

  • Event 7 – 12:30 p.m.—2:49 p.m.

Workout Descriptions

Event 6

4 rounds for time:

2 minutes work, 1 minute rest until 75 thrusters are completed

  • 2 rope climbs

  • 10/7 Echo Bike cals

  • Max thrusters in remaining time, 75/55 pounds for 14-15, 95/65 pounds for 16-17

The fourth round extends to three minutes of work.

Time cap: 12 minutes

Event 2

For time:

  • 20 alternating d-ball squat cleans (100/70 pounds for 14-15, 150/100 pounds for 16-17)

  • D-ball carry 2 lengths

  • Sprint 1 length to finish

Time cap: 9 minutes

Event 7

For time:

  • 5 ring muscle-ups

  • 27 alt. dumbbell snatches

  • 27 burpee box jump overs

  • 5 ring muscle-ups

  • 21 alt. dumbbell snatches
