This stage of the season differs from the Open in that athletes have to submit their scores at two points during the competition window of Wednesday, April 17 through Monday, April 22.
The age group and individual athletes will be tested with the same workouts on the same dates.
See our 2024 Guide to Individual Quarterfinals for details about registration, video requirements, and Semifinal qualification.

Submission window for workouts 1 and 2: Due Saturday, April 20 at 12:00 p.m. PT.
Submission window for workouts 3 and 4: Due Monday, April 22 at 12:00 p.m. PT
There are no exceptions for late score submissions and the leaderboards will not be set until the video review process has been completed.
CrossFit has provided the following deadlines: the Individual leaderboard will be set no later than April 29, 2024, while the Age Group leaderboard will be set no later than May 1, 2024, according to the 2024 CrossFit Games Rulebook section 2.09.

Tony Canata Chronicles Journey from Skeptic to L2 Coach in New Book
"Wait a minute.
They want me to load a barbell up to 225 lbs., then bend over and lift it off the ground until I’m standing up straight?
Repeatedly, as fast as I can?
Using my back?
The only one I have?
Nope. Not doing that."
In I’m Not Doing Any of That, coach Tony Canata chronicles his (often hilarious) journey from skeptic to L2 coach and how he finally found balance in and out of the box.
Follow along as he experiments with his diet, attempts to qualify for the Games, tests his limits to their max and, ultimately, finds his tribe.
It's a story that will bring you back to the essence of CrossFit, where we give everything we have, and come away with more than enough.
Available now in paperback, ebook and audiobook.
