The hunt for the top podium spot on the women’s side in Carson could not be closer. Only nine points separate the top five women on the leaderboard. Find out who they are below.
Pat Vellner, the grizzled Canadian veteran, clawed his way into the first heat and then into the lead on moving day. He’ll look to stay there as Justin Medeiros, James Sprague, and Brent Fikowski are hot on his heels.

CROSSFIT SEMIFINALS
Pat Vellner and Hattie Kanyo on Top in Tight Races; CrossFit Invictus Dominates
Moving day at the 2024 CrossFit Games North America West Semifinal by West Coast Classic witnessed some shake-ups on both the men’s and women’s leaderboards as athletes set themselves up for a final push today. Seven teams qualified for the CrossFit Games, led by Crossfit Invictus and Invictus Unconquerable, who had secured their spots before the last event started.
The final day will get underway for the individuals soon with 300 points on the line and 17 total Games invitations. Get caught up on all the action below.
